No refund will be provided once an order is confirmed or payment is made, because our products are customized for each customer.
Order Changes
Changes may be accepted only before production starts. Once printing or production begins, order details cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us promptly with photos and order details. We may review and offer a suitable correction at our discretion.
Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier, location, weather, festival season, or other operational conditions. Delays do not qualify for refund.
